Bad effect of Soft drinks!

 

Soft drink consumption is a growing health concern. We all know that too much consumption of soda drink is bad to our health. If you are a habitual drinker of soda, try to consider that it contains about 26 teaspoons of sugar; according to studies of Academy Nutrition and Dietetics. Also studies shows that it can lead to Fatty Liver.

According to researchers from Ziv Medical Center in Israel, they found out that 80% of people who were free of other risk factors consumed excess soft drinks. They emphasized that the consumption of soft drink is the only independent variable that had predicted fatty liver presence in 83% of cases.

It is better to avoid and decrease the intake of soft drink and try to increase the amount of water that you consume on a daily basis. It is really important to carry a refillable water bottle with you in case that you feel thirsty so that you can have something to drink. If you need a hint flavor then try to add some slices of fruit to your water.

The excess calories and sugar that soft drinks contain are linked to a number of adverse health effects. So try replacing sodas with healthier options such as flavored water, soy milk and herbal tea.
