Datto launches new Alliance Partner Program -
Datto Inc., a Norwalk Connecticut-based provider based hardware site and off-site backup, recovery disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions, has reorganized its partnership program with the new partnership program Alliance.
The program has three levels: Authorized, Certified and Preferred. The partners are points awarded based on the amount of storage of the device they purchased through Datto, and can earn bonus points by participating in Datto activities and promotions. Partners must accumulate a set amount of points and meet certain training requirements for the next level.
According Shannon Kohn, director of marketing and channel relationships for Datto, Preferred Partners receive benefits as a VIP technical support number, the delivery of the free camera, and more. "We wanted to offer benefits that partners would get excited," she said.
Datto has also published a welcome kit partner for new and existing partners. The kit includes a Quick Start Guide Partner overview of society, the explanation of services, training opportunities and Datto policies.
