eFolder BDR Vendor acquires Replibit -
In a major new incursion into Replibit LLC crowded market for backup and disaster recovery, data protection vendor eFolder Inc. has acquired software maker BDR based in Orlando, Florida. the price tag and other terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
Until today, five BDR solutions basic-Ga. Atlanta, eFolder all combined its own cloud storage infrastructure with software from leading third-party providers, including Replibit. Now officially called eFolder Replibit system will be the first offering in the BDR family eFolder products he owns and operates entirely on himself.
The solution Replibit, neutral material system with bare metal restore capabilities, local and remote virtualization, and support for a variety of both private and public cloud storage environments, made his debut in 2014. eFolder published Replibit edition of its BDR platform in May of last year.
