The new solution is based on Double-Take and MIMIX products company, and is designed to enable cloud services providers to accelerate their cloud business by offering their customers Recovery-as-a-Service ( RAAS) through pay-per-use pricing.

- Using Metered - Double-Take and MIMIX Metered Usage allow cloud providers to consume disaster recovery licenses, migration and high availability solutions Vision solutions in a pay -as-you-go mode.
- Software Development Kit (SDK) - Double-Take SDK provides cloud providers the ability to use API for Double-Take customized cloud integration into their ecosystem. This allows a high degree of automation and reduces administrative costs for cloud providers.
