NovaStor, a data protection provider, now offers the new version of its NovaBACKUP software. Designed to protect workstations, servers and virtual machines, NovaBACKUP allows users to save and restore complete systems. New benefits include restoring universal access to individual files and folders within an image, larger backup flexibility options.
The new version offers a boot environment based on the original Microsoft technology, Windows PE, for the restoration of a system. Version 13 allows a full backup, incremental, differential and file storage and imaging. The new imaging functionality provides new visibility into the image file structure
Users can choose from three products for typical use cases -. NovaBACKUP Professional ($ 49.95) for the protection of workstations and restoration NovaBACKUP Server ($ 249.95) for server backup and restore and NovaBACKUP Business Essentials ($ 299.95) for the server backup and restoration, including Microsoft SQL and exchange support, and Hyper-V support and agent-less backup.
