Datto Launches Datto Academy "to train partners -
Datto, a backup recovery and disaster provider, launched Datto Academy for partners. Datto Academy is a training program including technical tutorials online and onsite training seminars, available to all Datto Partners.
Free for partners, links online training program directly in Datto Partner Portal. online training modules cover device setup, configuration and support issues for Level 1. Unlimited interactive training modules contain how-to videos, detailed tutorials and quizzes for assessing competence.
The training program on the Datto Academy site is a two-day seminar covers advanced level 2 subjects such as how to run commands at the device and troubleshooting topics more advanced and scenarios. Datto Academy training seminars are designed for technicians and engineers who install, service, or monitor Datto SIRIS units and would like to improve their troubleshooting experience and capabilities. Seating is limited and allocated on a first come, first served.
Datto also offers an optional private cloud formation which will take place after the second day of the training seminar is over. Datto encourages partners who plan to implement a Private Cloud solution attend this session and learn the steps and best practices necessary for the proper deployment of the solution
