1. connect to your SBS 2008 server, click Start, type regedit in the Search box and press Enter.

2. Locate and click the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetservicesswprvParameters

Note: If the registry Parameters key is missing, follow these steps:

Right-click the key swprv registry, select New, select Key, the type settings and press Enter.

3. Once the Parameters registry key is selected, verify that the registry value ServiceDll has the following value:

% Systemroot % System32 swprv.dll
