Axcient Integrates Backup and Business Continuity platform with ConnectWise -
Axcient, data backup and recovery provider for MSPs, VARs and their SME customers , has fully integrated its product with ConnectWise, a business management supplier for IT service providers. The partnership brings the product to backup and disaster recovery Axcient to ConnectWise partners, allowing new business opportunities, and provides management capabilities for ConnectWise Axcient partners. This new integration is available to all Axcient / ConnectWise partners at no extra cost. 
The Axcient service combines an onsite appliance for backup, recovery and continuity of laptops, desktops and servers, stopping replication -site cloud for DR sinister and compliance. With this integration, the device status is readily available, and service tickets can be automatically opened in ConnectWise when specific events (such as backup failure) occur
Event notifications are fully configurable, for events such as :.
- Bare Metal Restore (BMR)
- device-level events
- Exchange mailbox events
- network events
- backup off site events
