Zultys MX Platform Gets a Refresh -
UC Zultys solutions provider unveiled the latest iteration of its unified communications platform MX.
MX Release 8.0 adds MXnetwork redundancy and improvements to MXcluster Redundancy, strengthening disaster recovery and resilience of Zultys' All-in-One, unified communications architecture based on SIP.
MX version 8.0 also marks the introduction of MXoutbound a configurable, integrated solution for outbound dialing ideal for the implementation of appointment reminder services, outbound marketing campaigns, reporting systems disaster, and surveys automated clients.
MX version 8.0 also incorporates a wealth of additional features, including improved backup and restore, additional system monitoring tools and usability improvements.

resilience and redundancy
the MXnetwork redundancy feature provides SMEs with cross-site automatic failover for IP phones, MXIE UC clients, and groups call / Contact Centers.
Each user can have a failover node configured. in the unlikely event that their home node becomes unavailable, telephone, UC and customer contact center user groups will become immediately operational .
in addition, version 8.0 incorporates evolutionary improvements of MXcluster N + 1 redundancy architecture. MXcluster administrators appreciate the management interface redesigned, allowing the provision of MXcluster provides information clearer status and simplifies control.
Zultys MXoutbound
MXoutbound, a fully integrated outbound dialing solution provides flexible automated process to reach out to the customers of an organization. MXoutbound is suitable for virtually any application requiring automated outbound dialing. The call message can be as simple as a single recorded phrase or a customer survey developed with a series of questions based on previous answers.
Support for Apple Mac OS X
The customer Zultys UC application, called MXIE is natively supported on Windows operating systems, Mac and Linux. Version 8.0 sees the addition of an integrated softphone for Mac OS X Apple systems.
