German-based Carbonite Inc., a cloud solutions provider and hybrid backup and recovery for businesses, and MailStore, a provider of email archiving solutions for SMEs, have entered into a definitive agreement whereby Carbonite will acquire MailStore. This acquisition advances the Carbonite plan for global expansion and strengthens the portfolio continuity solutions for SMEs with email archiving solutions and indexing of society.
