Barracuda Backup VMware Ready Status Achieved -
Cloud-connected security solutions provider and storage Barracuda Networks Inc. received the VMware Ready status after Barracuda Backup a validation process by the VMware Ready program.
The VMware Ready program is a co-branding benefit of the Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program for customers to identify partner products certified to work with VMware cloud infrastructure. Customers can use these products and solutions to lower project risks and save on custom solutions.
Using Barracuda Backup with VMware vSphere 5.0.x, companies can reduce downtime by starting quickly in the critical VM Barracuda Cloud should their primary server or storage failure. This combination provides a low cost, fast recovery directly from deduplicated backups without any special configuration.
