By all accounts, Conficker has the potential to steal personal information or launch a massive denial of service attack that includes massive amounts of data flooding bog Internet and mainframe servers that distribute data our inboxes.
60 Minutes followed the example that I put on CNN, describing a hack Facebook account using Facebook Morley Safer that can be hacked with Conficker. The account begins to send messages to friends of Morley. Then Leslie Stahl, who is one of Facebook friends Morley, receives an email that appears to come from Facebook account Morley. The message ordered him to click on a link to watch a video. This video has a destructive payload that infects the machine Leslie and the virus replicates to all Leslie contact. Now Morley and Leslie PC has a virus that records all keystrokes. Bank accounts are cracked, credit card connections are stolen, the contents of their My Documents folders are copied and sent to Turkey and ultimately, their identities are stolen. People who do not have the protection of identity theft face against years of dealing with creditors who accuse them of being defaulters.

Criminal hackers come in all shapes and colors from all over the world. Russian hackers are often depicted as the best of the worst. These cybercriminals are often put on a pedestal in their communities, as they boast of their achievements, the rich piracy 
Americans, stealing tens of thousands of dollars per month and spend the money in their remote villages.
Russian authorities usually do not continue and may even employ criminals to steal greedy Americans. As long as hatred and silver are motivators, foreign governments and encourage talented groom 14 years in a life of crime.
