IT solution provider community ASCII Group Inc. has appointed SIRIS business continuity solution Datto Inc. as the best new product of the ASCII Chicago Summit success 2011. Summit participants voted for this award at the conference, and the results were announced at the end of the event.
SIRIS is a backup and disaster recovery solution (BDR), which was specifically designed for MSPs and VARs. SIRIS simplifies and streamlines the backup process by taking the image chain of the backup equation, according Datto. The data comes directly from the server and converted .vmdk files.
