With Winter '12 release, Intronis, a cloud enterprise backup and recovery offering ConnectWise now the integration and availability of mobile applications for iPhone and Android compatible. Partners can check the backup status of the client of any mobile device now centralized management portal to Intronis was extended to mobile applications. The partners mobile access to backup status and contact information for a more proactive user support.
The integration with software Professional Services Automation ConnectWise streamlines the backup management process. Partners can more easily set up billing for Intronis backup within ConnectWise and create ConnectWise service tickets with Intronis notifications.
