Who does not like the vigilante justice? Some readers may remember Charles Bronson, an American actor who starred in the popular series Death Wish . Bronson played Paul Kersey, a man whose wife is murdered and whose charlesbronson raped girl. In response, Kersey becomes a vigilante fight against crime. It was a very controversial role because his performances have been acclaimed by the public las crime.

There is a certain satisfaction when the victim becomes the victor, demanding justice, and the predator that violates the law is sufficiently punished by the justice. Anyone who has ever entertained fantasies of revenge can relate. Of course, one does not need to have been a victim to seek justice. Security guard David Dunn, played by Bruce Willis in the film Unbreakable , avenge a crime committed against someone else.

The Internet has spawned a new breed of opportunistic predator. The anonymity of the web, coupled with the inherent naivety of many computer users, as well as the development of new technologies at a speed that exceeds the learning curve for most users, making it easier trusted crimes nigerian-scammer ever.

What I find most disturbing is parents with young families who allow their children full access to the Internet unsupervised. Fox News reports that in the last 5 years, federal agents have set up honeypots agents posing as minors to attract pedophiles and took more than 11,000 in their nets. If they took 11,000, there must be multitudes who are not. What most people do not realize that there are over half a million registered sex offenders in the United States, and more than 100,000 other sexual predators missing.

"Do not talk to strangers" used to the extent of our training in personal security. Now, a foreigner can be in the room of your 12-year-old daughter for 2 hours, chatting on his webcam, or even under the covers on the iPhone he purchased in order to escape the clutches of her parents.

now, a new form of popular justice occurs scammers are :. illegally defraud, blackmail and extortion of other crooks

the FBI recently caught up with a couple who was posing as minors engaging in explicit sexual predators online conversations, and then adding a touch. This technology savvy couples are also hackers who engage in black hat activities. As predators have tried to win the trust of so-called "minor", the couple was actually access the predators computers, sending numerous files that, when opened, launched an executable and granted full and unauthorized access to kiddy-fiddlers' computer systems. Having access to predators computers, the couple learned their names, addresses, family members of the contact information, the workplace, and the user names and passwords for all their financial accounts. Once armed with this data, the fun began. The couple would have access to the bank pedophiles, eBay and PayPal accounts. They would also sing their victims, threatening to expose their deviant behavior anyone would listen if they cough up blackmail some money. In one case, after the financial requests were made and not met, the couple entered the username and password of a teacher from New York who do not comply and posted explicit discussions intranet teacher's school.

In another example, 3 men arrested in Kentucky has set up a fake child pornography website, then extorted money from their clients. When arrested, the men confessed to the crime, but said they did so to punish pornographers.

Call it blackmail, extortion call, or call the vigilant justice. You decide.
