Room of the Week: A renovation Savvy Creates a kitchen-dining - The first floor of this three-storey house in Brighton was once Bitty and cramped, packaging in a bedroom, study room, a bathroom, living area and kitchen. Now in its heart, is an open plan kitchen and bright living space.

Richard Zinzan redesigned this floor create more and more sociable space. "If the dining table is now there was a bathroom," says Zinzan. "When the folding doors are fully open, they give uninterrupted access to the terrace, Zinzan said. "It becomes an outside room.
