Barracuda LiveBoot for VMware enables immediate recovery backups -
Barracuda Networks Inc., a provider of security, networking, and protection solutions data, launched Barracuda backup release 5.0, featuring new star, instant recovery via Barracuda LiveBoot for VMware. This new feature, included at no additional cost to the Barracuda Backup customers, allows administrators to boot a critical server if the primary storage for their VMware environment fails, thus reducing overall downtime.
Barracuda Backup is a complete, final solution to the end of saving the business environments for mixed physical and virtual servers. Barracuda LiveBoot for VMware enables a virtual machine to be started directly from deduplicated backup storage Barracuda Backup Server for live business up and running again quickly. - Elastic compute resources - Barracuda backup integration with server storage in the customer's VMware environment provides the customer more flexibility on the compute resources they apply to recovered servers.
