Datto backup devices now integrate with ConnectWise -
Datto Inc. has completed the integration of its solutions disaster recovery hardware-based solutions with software ConnectWise developer of managed services.
ConnectWise partners with Datto Inc. devices will now be able to receive alerts from the unit via the ConnectWise interface as service tickets. the ConnectWise users can also customize the device alerts Datto create tickets in ConnectWise, specify the service administrators Datto tickets, and configure the service type, subtype, and the classification of the ticket status.
After a single configuration in the Datto Partner Portal alerts, devices will be automatically created in ConnectWise interface. the integration of
Datto is compatible with ConnectWise versions 2011.3 and 2012.1, and other features will be available in future updates. Complete instructions are available on the Datto partner portal ( resale.dattobackup.com ).
