Datto Integrates Hybrid Cloud Backup & Recovery Solution Disaster with Kaseya -
Datto Inc. has completed a product integration of its online backup and offsite hardware-based, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions with Kaseya, a developer of computer systems and network management software for iT departments and managed service providers (MSP).
Kaseya customers with Datto devices will now be able to centrally monitor and manage all of their devices and alerts in the Kaseya portal. Users can monitor the local and offsite storage, allowing centralized monitoring of their entire fleet of Datto.
The integration also offers state management, category and priority of each device-level alert and agent. Users can monitor backups of all their protected systems for each Datto device.
After a single configuration in the portal Datto partners alerts of the unit and the agent will be automatically created in Kaseya portal. Users will have one-click remote access to Internet for each device in the field, using Kaseya single pane of glass management solution.
Datto is also integrated with professional services automation (PSA) Autotask and ConnectWise software. Complete installation instructions for all product integrations available on the API tab in the portal Datto partners (resale.dattobackup.com).
