Xerox Launches SMB Cloud Services -
Xerox now offers a range of cloud computing services for SMEs available through VARs Xerox. Scalable services include Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) for midrange and Intel systems, cloud backup, and disaster recovery services. Xerox Cloud supports multiple operating systems, databases, existing applications and ERP systems.
With the new services, IaaS is quickly installed and ready to use with a supply demand process. No long term contract is required, and Xerox uses its enterprise infrastructure cloud, normally reserved for enterprise businesses. The backup service and disaster recovery is available at a monthly price based on usefulness, and everything on the server can be restored within 24 hours. Data backup is replicated, secured, encrypted and conducted daily.
